I found as time moved on I used Qobuz more and more and my own music less and less. The only thing I find preferable in Roon is their particular integration of DSP/EQ but JRiver's compatibility with VST plug-ins is some compensation. At the moment, the only reason I use Roon is to access Qobuz but, at this time, the major proportion of my listening is to my own library. With JRiver, I can define what I want to see and how. Also, I cannot get myself comfortable browsing in Roon or, even, scrolling. ![]() Roon does not recognize and meta-tag all of my classical library and, since it is working well in JRiver, there is no impetus for me to learn how to do it manually in Roon.
